Project challenges

Every time a patient receives medical care at MédicaVial, an invoice is issued and submitted through the corresponding insurance company’s suppliers web portal.
The quantity of invoices increases month to month and their invoicing team was at full capacity.
They needed to submit more invoices every day without delays and avoid hiring additional employees.

Results

Each robot submits 480 invoices per day during normal business hours (3x the invoices submitted by a person).
5 robots can run simultaneously in a standard computer with 8GB RAM (5x the persons that can use the same computer).
As a result, 2400 invoices can be submitted per day during normal business hours, with minimal human intervention.
Extending this to a 24 hours operation, a total of 7200 invoices can be submitted per day.
